Institute for Emotional Healing and
Resilience

About us

Our nonprofit organization was born from a deep desire to create safe, accessible, and transformative spaces for all people seeking emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

This initiative was founded by Jessica Navarro, who, through her own experience of migratory grief, discovered the urgent need for support, support, and community during processes of change, loss, and personal reconstruction.

What began as a personal quest transformed into a collective mission: to provide free tools like meditation, yoga, and family constellations to those who need them most. We believe that wellness is a right, not a luxury, and we work every day to help more people heal, reconnect, and grow, regardless of their background or place of origin.

Emotional and spiritual support
for Latin American migrants.

Healing the grief of migration, reconnecting and starting a new phase

Migrating isn't just about changing countries. It's about experiencing goodbyes, invisible grief, anxiety, loneliness... and also hope.

At ISER, we help migrants, especially Spanish-speaking ones, heal emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.

With tools like Reiki, yoga, family constellations, guided meditation and listening spaces, We help you reconnect with yourself and find your place, beyond physical borders.

We are a space made by Latinos for Latinos. Because we understand what it feels like to migrate.
